Why do you workout?

To feel GOOD and be healthy!

What's your fitness routine look like these days?

I’ve been slowly recovering from an ankle injury so I’ve been incorporating cross training including; swimming, spin classes and upper body movements as well as boxing 2x / week

What's your go-to snack before a workout?

Toast with peanut butter and banana

What's your go-to snack after a workout?

If I’m on the GO a protein bar if I have time to cook

Egg/ bacon avocado sandwich :)

Biggest difference you notice when you workout?

I have more sustained energy throughout the day and in my workouts!

Biggest difference you've noticed from consuming adaptogens (in love, fitness, and self care)?

I’ve noticed that I really enjoy incorporating them into my routine and I have less stress / anxiety overall which is amazing and I’m also sleeping better! I travel a lot and am on and off planes and get sick a lot so these are a great way to combat that
