Seaweed Salad W. Miso Matcha Guap Dressing

Salad Ingredients:
1 package mixed sea vegetables, rinsed if fresh, soaked and rinsed if dried (I used Sea Tangle Noodle Co.)
1 jar artichoke hearts, rinsed, drained and pulled apart
 
Dressing Ingredients:
Juice of 1 orange
1/2 Laka Matcha
2 TBS Entrepeneur’s Guap
1 TBS miso paste
1/2 tsp mushrooms of choice (optional)
 
Directions:
Whisk all dressing ingredients together until smooth. Pour over salad and enjoy! Dressing can be stored in the fridge for up to a week.
