Radical simplicity! That's the name of my game as a mom, business owner, and yoga instructor.
My life gets crazy and I tend to pile on my plate too many things at once, so this Matcha recipe is always an invitation back to radical simplicity.
1/2 cup frothed oat milk (fresh is best)
1/2 cup hot water
1 tsp Laka Matcha
1 tbsp raw honey
Blend all together and enjoy 🙂
Teamaster tip* Whisk your matcha with 2-3 tbsp hot water to further release the L-Theanine and antioxidants. Think if this as "opening" up the tea. Add your paste as you would to blender.
